how to be a good leader.
To be a good leader you have to... Have the determination the will to succeed
And also...
-Be a good team builder, leader and member
To be a good leader you need to be determined to succeed no matter what.
E.g. You are playing a game of soccer and your team is losing you don't just go “I give up”, you go “I will keep on trying and give it my all” and then the game may go the other way. You also need to be a good team builder, leader and member so that is not just one group of that thing. When you are building your team it should be diverse, it should also have a mix of skills and talents
so then it is fair. Also be a superb leader E.g.
-Being fair to the team.
-Showing sportsmanship.
-Not letting the team down.
You also have to have to be a good team member so then everyone gets a go and your team ends up having a great game.

ReplyDeleteI like your examples of what makes a good leader. Putting it into the context of a soccer game showed you have good understanding of what they actually mean. I agree with your comment "I will keep on trying and give it my all" this goes for everything in life not just sport. Keep up the great posts I am looking forward to reading more.
